I should have just gone for my exercise this morning.

At that time, although the sun was so bright in the sky, the environment was so cold that it seemed like -100 degrees. I was completely frozen.

I think I have only myself to blame for being so random. But really, I too need warmth to carry on in this cold and lonely place ...
